This one's for my favorite client who comissioned 'marais mostique' but lost it in Katrina. This is a sort of replacement. It has the same feeling, but not exactly. Instead of being a 'mosquito swamp' it is a 'swamp reborn'.

Acrylics and oil bars over spackle, joint compound, heavy gel medium, extra heavy paste, and lots of knife work. This one also contains hundreds of sheer layers of color.
